The XV of Clover, with a revamped team, painfully dominated the Nazionale (20-34) in Rome, on the occasion of the 3rd day.

After their victory over France in Dublin (32-19), Ireland won this Saturday in Rome against Italy (20-34), on the occasion of the 3rd day of the Six Nations Tournament.

The Clover XV, which had left several executives at rest, scored five tries, synonymous with an offensive bonus, by Ryan (2nd), Keenan (12th), Aki (19th) and Hansen (34th, 71st).

The Transalpins, who scored through Varney (6th) and Bruno (40th), offered good resistance to the Irish, confirming their recent progress.

With their third improved success in as many days, Andy Farrell's players obviously remain in the running to achieve a first Grand Slam since 2018. Just like Scotland, also undefeated after two days and opponent of the Blues on Sunday (4 p.m.) at the Stade de France.

On the next day, Italy will host Wales on Saturday March 11 (3:15 p.m.), to avoid the “wooden spoon”.

Ireland will travel the next day (4 p.m.) to Scotland.
