After his high-profile move from Maccabi Tel Aviv to Salzburg and his unforgettable campaign in the Junior Euros, Oskar Gloch is a name well known in Europe as well.

Gloch entered the list of the 60 most promising young people of the Israeli "Forbes" in a project called "30 to 30".

In an extensive interview he gave to "Forbes" in honor of his selection, he refers to that goal against England, the courtships from Barcelona and also his big dream for the continuation of his promising career.

"Since I can remember myself, from a young age when I just started playing football, I have been a fan of Real Madrid," said Gluch, who was asked if this was the reason he refused the offer from Barcelona: "No, there is no connection. When Shahar (Greenberg) my agent called to tell me that Barcelona wanted I was very excited. But they joined the race too late and remembered when we were already locked in on Salzburg and we knew it was the best choice for me. In the end, I believe we made the right decision when we chose them and not Barcelona. It makes more sense for my development as a player."

On the goal in the Euro final against England: "It was definitely the most exciting moment. To score a goal and take the lead in such an important final against such a strong team as England was a very special moment. In the middle of the game you don't even have time to digest what you did because you are all focused on the game. In the end , when the game ended, we were very disappointed because we didn't win, but it lasted for about a day. Only then do you digest and see all the love that was surrounding us in the media, and in the country in general, and then you realize what you did."

On the time at Maccabi Tel Aviv: "I wasn't really in a hurry to leave, after all I didn't really play that much in Maccabi's seniors. Maybe I needed more experience and a little more time in the league here. But I knew that at some point the European chapter would come because I really wanted it. The motivation Mine has always been to advance. Always reach the biggest teams."

On the dreams for the future: "The peak moment will be to reach Real. My biggest dream is to play in the Bernabeu and wear the uniform of Real Madrid. If not Real - then a team in the top five in the Premier League. The dream of the Israeli national team is to reach a big tournament with the team. Euro or World Cup. To do something that has never been done before."
