Weekly summary, 2.3.23 (Sport1)
The collapse of Maccabi Tel Aviv last night (Thursday) in the last quarter in Monaco, left it in only 10th place in the Euroleague and took it out of the top eight, but what are its chances of still winning a ticket to the playoffs?
The fight for qualification will be particularly tight this season, with no less than 7 teams fighting each other.
The Red Star's loss yesterday to Bayern Munich may have put her out of the race for good, but in the remaining rounds until the end of the season, a big fight is still expected.

Obradovic has enjoyed a full squad in recent times, except for a marginal and negligible injury to the center Balesa Copribija from the end of the rotation.
Dante Axum recently returned from injury.

They have two comfortable games left on paper at home against the weak Elba Berlin and Villerban, but given their unimpressive away record, they are likely to encounter many difficulties in the four challenging away games that await them in Madrid, Tel Aviv, Belgrade and Piraeus.
The status of the faculty:
not ideal.
The suspension of Pieria Henry on suspicion of using prohibited substances left the team with a short blanket in the back line, and meanwhile Max Heidegger who was added to thicken it does not provide the goods in the Euroleague.

The problem for her is that six difficult away games await her until the end of the season, all against teams that are currently at the top of the table or fighting for the playoffs.

encouraging.
Boyan Dublejevich recently returned from injury, Kyle Alexander also returned to the courts and Martin Hermanson is on the way.
Coach Alex Mombro will enjoy one of the deepest, if not the deepest, rosters among the teams competing for a playoff spot.

Since the dramatic victory over Valencia in early February, Oded Ketch's team has been on a downward trend.
The home loss to Red Star complicated her a lot, then came a narrow victory over Bayern Munich and yesterday's defeat by Monaco exacerbated the situation.
In between there was also a loss in the final of the state cup which certainly did not contribute to calming the spirits.
The status of the faculty:
As long as Wade Baldwin and Lorenzo Brown are healthy at the same time, the situation is relatively good.
The senior guards of the team did not play together much this season due to injuries, and in recent weeks they have been trying to find the renewed formula of how to violate each other, so far without success.
Either way, without Austin Hollins and Alex Poithers out until the end of the season, Ketch certainly won't enjoy a very deep roster.

If in the first weeks after Keenan Evans' season-ending injury, the surprising Lithuanians still managed to cover up his lack in a variety of ways, recently the lack of a senior guard is very evident, and affects the results.
Isiah Taylor, who was added to fill the void, is far from the quality of Evans, and in the meantime, Akila Polunara, who was signed to fill holes in the front positions, does not save the situation.

Isaiah Cordinier and Ipa Lundberg have been sidelined for the past few days, and attempts to sign Tyler Dorsey have come to naught - leaving a great deal of load on the shoulders of 35-year-old Milos Teodosic and 36-year-old Marco Belinelli.
It seems that the fate of the Bolognese season will be determined depending on the durability of the two "seniors", which is not necessarily good news.
