It's hard to see Napoli ending the season without a first championship since 1990, but they won't have a clean home record anymore.

The leaders suffered their first loss of the season at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium, where they have not surrendered to Lazio since the 4:2 in May 2015. The match was decided by an impressive goal by Matias Vasino, the Uruguayan midfielder who in the 67th minute took control of a ball that was cleared by Javicha Cabrezadalia and launched it with tremendous power outside the square to the net.

Maurizio Sarri, the former Napoli coach and now the man on the lines of Lazio, interrupted Laxita's streak of eight victories in Serie A and inflicted only their second loss of the season in this frame.

The Eagles moved up to second place at least temporarily.
