Hapoel Eilat announced today (Monday) the signing of American center Austin Tillman.
Tillman (27, 1.85) played in the past in a number of well-known leagues in Europe, including the French and Adriatic leagues.
Last year, Tillman played for Orasi Ravenna from the Italian second division, and even led it to the advanced playoff stages in the league as the outstanding scorer with 16.3 points and 5.3 rebounds.
The player started the current season in La Porte uniform from the French first league, and averaged 8 points per game.
Later in the season, he moved to FMP Meridian from the Adriatic League, where he scored 6.5 points per game.
The center started to integrate into the team's training last week and will make his debut in tonight's game against Gilboa/Galil.
