According to the current status, both Gut Holz Eberfing (8th place) and FC Seeshaupt (9th) would have to be relegated.
There are still three game days to go.
After all, both still meet their direct competitors (Bobingen II, Steppach, Eichstätt).
However, according to a BSKV scenario, four teams from the ten-club league could be relegated this year.
Gut Holz Eberfing loses for the seventh time in a row
"It's going to be a never-ending story," says Andreas Gattinger with frustration in his voice.
The SKC Gut Holz Eberfing team just can't get going anymore.
The 3:5 at SKC Töging-Erharting II meant the seventh defeat in a row.
From first place in the table it went down to eight.
Gattinger has been in the first team for decades, but he has "never experienced a series like this before".
As so often in the past few weeks, the Eberfinger didn't play badly.
The total of 3333 Holz had not yet been matched by any other away team at the Töginger facility this season.
However, the hosts also played well that day and ultimately came up with 3368 wood.
That was the decision, as the two extra points went to Töginger.
The start went “according to plan”, according to Gattinger.
Eberfing got a team point.
Matthias Lange (539 wood/2.5:1.5 sets) won it against Willi Stockinger (528).
In the other duel, Hubert Resch (549/1.5:2.5) lost to Stefan Weindl (572).
Eric Kühberger (592/3:1) played well in the middle pairings and had Sascha Strobl (550) clearly under control.
Gattinger also showed a good performance (566/1:3), but his competitor, David Giesecke (579), managed a final sprint in the last set, which he then secured the point after all.
In the final pairings, the Eberfinger went 17 wood ahead.

Alois Kriesmair (540/0:4) had to deal with a reinvigorated Karlheinz Reader (599), who came up trumps in the third set with 166 wood.
FC Seeshaupt wins and gives up the "red lantern".
After four defeats in a row, FC Seeshaupt managed to win again: The promoted team beat Fortuna Schwabmünchen after an exciting game 5:3 (3226:3204 Holz).
According to a statement, the decision was made "only when clearing in the last round".
Seeshaupt has a balanced record at home (8:8 points).

In the starting pairings, Pascal Schouten (595 wood/3:1 sets) provided a highlight with a strong performance and the best performance of the day.
He clearly distanced Joachim Oswald and gave the hosts a decent lead in the total wood.
In the other duel, Alexander Wassermann (538/2:2) only narrowly lost to Hans-Peter Breyer (545).
In the middle pairs, the events were balanced overall: Daniel Hey (478/1:3) lost significantly to Christian Lindner (530), but Eike Grabe (548/2:2) sat down thanks to a strong second set (161 wood/61 im clear) against Michael Schaller (509).

There was tension in the final pairings.
Leonhard Werner (540/3:1) made sure with a good final clearing (50:26) that he took the team point on the one hand and left Maximilian Below (516) well behind on the other.
So the defeat of Thomas Lackinger (527/0:4) against Holger Traber (572) was not significant.

On Saturday, March 11th, Gut Holz Eberfing is expecting FC Seeshaupt for a district duel.

Both teams need to win the game.
