Manchester City returned about three weeks ago from Germany with a 1:1 draw against Leipzig in the first of two matches in the round of 16 of the Champions League, but as often happens when Pep Guardiola's team stumbles - the monster wakes up and reminds everyone how deadly it is.
This evening (Tuesday), the Germans arrived at the Etihad Stadium with the full belief that they can at least drag the Citizens to extra time and there surprise and return to the last eight stage in the prestigious European factory, but despite a disgracefully weak refereeing display by the Slovenian Slavko Vincic and his men in VAR, the only one who needs to be talked about Tonight this is Arling Holland.
In less than an hour of football, the fearsome Norwegian became the third in Champions League history to score five goals in one game, after Lionel Messi and Luiz Adriano.

Manchester City's Norwegian striker missed two dangerous chances in the first half, but even before the break he had already made history when he became the fastest player in the history of the factory to reach 30 goals.
The 22-year-old Norwegian made his 25th appearance in the Champions League tonight, his debut as we know was in Salzburg in the 2019/20 season, but no one has ever reached 31 goals so quickly - the closest was Rod van Nistelrooy who was the record holder in the Champions League With 30 goals in 34 appearances.
Holland, as expected, is also the youngest player to reach 30 goals in the Champions League - ahead of the Frenchman by 116 days.
After tonight, he already has 33 conquests.
Incidentally, after scoring three braces against Leipzig as a Dortmund player, the Norwegian now has 11 career goals against the Bulls - more than any other career opponent.
Another record, and no less amazing, is that Holland already in March became the City player with the most goals in one season - 39. In doing so, he overtook Tommy Johnson who scored 38 goals somewhere in the 1928/29 season.

Holland's first goal of the evening came from the penalty spot, after a very questionable decision by the screen referees who chose to call Vincic to watch a hand touch that is highly doubtful as to justifying a penalty kick.
Alan Shearer, the former English striker who is now a commentator in the British media, even tweeted: "A pile of the law of hand touching shit", and added the hashtag #pathetic.
Mats Hummels, the stopper of Borussia Dortmund, also tweeted against the decision: "We need a change in the football industry when it comes to penalty decisions due to touching the hand. It's going to the wrong place."
During the first half there was also a very controversial decision when Ederson went away from the goal and skated with his foot forward in an attempt to prevent Leimer from passing him and possibly scoring from a distance, but the referee did not whistle a foul and even issued a yellow card to the striker who complained.
"It's a terrible game, he referees only one team," it said.
