The district league handball players of SVA Palzing lost the derby against SC Kirchdorf with 23:24.
So the promotion party has been postponed for the time being.
Zolling
– The handball players of SVA Palzing have to postpone their promotion celebrations: In the district league derby against SC Kirchdorf on Tuesday evening in Zolling there was a narrow 23:24 (11:14) defeat.
This means that the SVA is one win away from jumping into the BOL.
Palzing's trainer Lutz-Steffen Schmidt emphasized afterwards that only two days after the defeat in the top duel with HC Donau/Paar II the mental freshness and physical fitness were missing: "That's no excuse, but the batteries of many players were simply empty .” On the other hand, his Kirchdorf colleague Peter Heun was euphoric: “The girls were there right from the start and highly motivated.
For us, this victory is extreme satisfaction after the last defeats.”

SVA Palzing runs out of time at the end
Every player who could only walk halfway was in the SCK squad and fought for every ball despite the pain. In the first half, Susanne Bichlmeier in particular ensured that her team was ahead.
With a 8:6 and 12:10 it was 14:11 for Kirchdorf at the break.
Maria-Teresa Wöhrl and Franka Straubinger played well for the Palzingers.
"Not enough came from the others," criticized Schmidt.
After the break, the SVA troop threw everything into the balance and came close to one goal.
In the end, however, there was no time.
Conclusion: While the Palzinger coach spoke of one of the weaker games of the season and above all criticized the unnecessary hustle and bustle in the game, the Kirchdorfer women were allowed to celebrate.
