The Nuggets snapped a four-game losing streak thanks to another performance from Nikola Jokic.
The star scored 30 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and handed out 9 assists - a touch away from a triple double - but it was enough for the victory that secured the ticket to the playoffs.
Jamal Mari also stood out with 19 points and 10 assists and together the two ensured the victory of the guests in the last quarter which ended at 14:33.
Rodney McGregor scored 20 points from the other side.
Brooklyn (31:39) - Sacramento (27:42) 101:96
The second-ranked team in the West, after Denver, did not stop in Brooklyn either thanks to the tremendous dominance under the baskets of Domantas Sabonis, who scored 24 points and took no less than 21 rebounds along with 4 blocks.
Michael Bridges with 23 points led the Nets scorers, who tried to chase from the second quarter without success and suffered a second loss in a row.

Indiana scored 49 points in the third quarter and added another 35 in the decisive fourth quarter en route to a huge victory that handed the Bucks their first loss after wins in Phoenix and Sacramento.
Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 29 points, grabbed 9 rebounds and gave 5 assists and finished as the game's leading scorer, but Andrew Nambhardt with 25 points, Aron Nasmith with 22 points and Buddy Hilde with 20 points together managed to prevent him from leading the locals to victory in a game in which the guests scored 22 three-pointers.
Jaro Holiday finished in Milwaukee with a double-double of 19 points and 11 assists.
Toronto (36:34) - Oklahoma (36:34) 111:128
Pascal Siakam with 25 points, 14 rebounds and 8 assists led the Raptors to victory and was assisted by Gary Trent Jr. who added 23 points of his own and Scotty Barnes and Fred VanVleet scored 19 points each.
Shea Gilges Alexander kept Oklahoma in the game until the final minutes with 29 points, but it wasn't enough.

The host team struggled throughout the close game, but in the decisive minutes managed to rise and stop a streak of three losses at the expense of the Magic, who suffered a fifth loss in the last six games.
Devin Booker led the Phoenix scorers with 19 points, while Cameron Pace also stood out with 18 and 5 assists.
Markel Fultz finished as the best scorer in the game with 25 points along with 9 assists and 7 rebounds, almost leading to a surprising victory.
