Fulham's Israeli is expected to start in the cup quarter-finals against Manchester United (Sunday, 18:30, Sport1). Brighton awaits Cinderella Grimsby

In Solomon's living room, episode 3 (Sport1)

Before he returns to Israel to lead the Israeli national team in the opening of the Euro qualifying campaign against Kosovo and Switzerland, Manor Solomon wants to qualify with Fulham for the semi-finals of the FA Cup and for that he will have to surprise his friends at Old Trafford.

Brighton will host Cinderella Grimsby from the fourth division and the minor league will provide a representative for the semi-final from the meeting between Sheffield United and Blackburn.

Manchester United - Fulham (18:30, Sport1)

The Red Devils won the league cup, qualified for the quarter-finals of the Europa League and now want to continue the success of the cups also in the oldest factory in the world.

Manchester United has not won the FA Cup since 2015, but given the fact that only city rivals Manchester City remain among the majors, they consider themselves a serious candidate to return it to the cupboard.

Casemiro is starting to serve a four game ban and Marcel Zavitzer may replace him in the link alongside Fred.

Anthony Martial is still ineligible while the Brazilian Anthony is in doubt.

Fulham, who have not been to the semi-finals of the cup since 2002 and want to remove the curse of the cup against United (lost to them in all eight of the last meetings in the factory), get back the Portuguese Joao Pellahinha who scored together with Solomon in the previous round against Leeds.

The winger will try to become the fourth Israeli to score at Old Trafford, after Walid Badir who did it in the league (in the Wimbledon uniform) and Viniv Katan and Rafi Cohen who did it in the Champions League (in the Maccabi Haifa uniform).

Brighton - Grimsby (16:15, Sport2)

Phil Jevons decided the last meeting between the teams in February 2004, when they were together in League 1 (the third) but since then each has turned in a different direction.

Brighton are one of the most exciting teams in the Premier League and want another semi-final, as they did in 2019, while Cinderella Grimsby became the first in the history of the cup to knock out five teams from higher leagues in the same campaign and return to quarter-final status after 84 years.

Red-hot Solly March will try to continue their excellent form against the 15th ranked in the Fourth Division, in the first cup match between them since 1930 (when Brighton from the Third Division knocked out Grimsby from the Premier League in a replay).

Sheffield United - Blackburn (14:00, Sport2)

Two weeks and a day after Blackburn's home 0:1 in the minor league, they will try to make history and beat Sheffield United in the cup after 126 years (the current record belongs to Derby County, who beat Barnsley this season after 125 years and 343 days).

It is the first time since 2013 that two Championship teams have met in the quarter-finals, when Blackburn were knocked out in a replay by Millwall and this time they are hoping for a different scenario.

The Blades are second in the league and nine points ahead of Blackburn, as they hope to return to the semi-finals after nine years.

Ollie McBurney, Oliver Norwood and Chris Basham are to return to the 11, while the visitor with quite a few absences and the second goalkeeper Ainsley Pearce will start.
