France Télévisions communicated this Monday the global audiences of the 2023 Six Nations Tournament. The five matches of the XV of France gathered, on average, 6.2 million viewers (for an average audience share of 45.6%).
Unsurprisingly, the most watched was England-France, followed by more than 7.2 million viewers for a peak of 9.2 million, "the best audience for France 2 in 2023 for all programs combined", specifies the press release.

The ten meetings outside the XV of France gathered an average of 2.6 million viewers (22.3% of PdA).
Also unsurprisingly, it was the Ireland-England match, Grand Slam in play, which attracted the most: 4.5 million (29.5% of PdA), "a historic record for a match outside the XV of France" .

In the end, all the matches gathered 3.8 million viewers on average (30.6% of PdA).
This is a record in audience since 2006.
