This information was confirmed to
RMC Sport
by the National Financial Prosecutor's Office.
And the complaint, which has not been disclosed, is currently under investigation.
A few weeks ago
Mediapart
and
RMC Sport
had already collected anonymous testimonials describing a
"toxic
" atmosphere and a "
permanent malaise
" within the French tennis body, an employee believing to be "
the target of the day, the one who 'we must shoot
'.
Common point of the two surveys: the worrying number of departures within the FFT.
RMC Sports
thus counting 130 departures (112 for Mediapart) out of more than 400 employees since the arrival at the presidency of Gilles Moretton two years ago for certain employees.
In a letter sent this Tuesday to the members of the Superior Council of Tennis, made up of thirty-two members elected by the General Assembly of the Federation, the strong man of the FFT had brought a formal denial: "These attacks were relayed
by several media, accusing me in somewhat extreme terms - "social tsunami", "republic of terror"... - of acting with brutality, in contempt of labor law and social dialogue, and of practicing clientelism at the opposite of the values we advocate.
I strongly deny these accusations.
These reflect a profound ignorance not only of the facts, but also of the way in which the FFT works, and a desire to harm our Federation.
