New in the Pogba case.
The JDD reports that one of the men present during the kidnapping of Paul Pogba a year ago, was arrested this Sunday, on his return from Dubai to France.
Charged, he was remanded in custody.
Under the influence of an arrest warrant, he was immediately taken before the Parisian investigating judge in charge of this case.
Still according to information from the JDD, this suspect was indicted on counts of
"extortion in an organized gang committed with a weapon"
,
"arrest"
,
"kidnapping, sequestration or arbitrary detention committed in an organized gang to facilitate a crime or offense followed by release before the 7th day”
and
“participation in a criminal association with a view to the preparation of a crime”
.
