Tiktukno: summary of today's events in sports, 24.3 (Sport1)
The Euroleague regular season is rapidly approaching its end and tonight (Friday) we got five games that close the 30th round.
Leader Olympiakos will host in Belgrade, runner-up Real Madrid will play in Bologna, fourth-placed Monaco will host Valencia and Fenerbahce played Zalgiris.
In addition, there will be a bottom battle between Milan and Bayern Munich.
An important victory.

Fenerbahce - Zalgiris Kovna 79:87
Three losses in the previous four games significantly hurt the Turkish luxury team's chances of gaining home advantage in the quarter-final series, but now they have managed to recover and maintain a theoretical chance of catching fourth-placed Monaco - despite missing the injured Scotty Wilvkin and Dyshawn Pierre.
The Lithuanians, who defeated Fener by 20 in the first round, suffer a loss that complicates them in the fight for the top 8, but as of this moment they are still strong in the picture.
The hosts started better, benefited from the good skills of Marko Godoric and Tonya Jakiri, hit eight three-pointers in the first half and went to the locker rooms with a 35:46 lead.
This advantage was not questioned until the end, and Fenerbahce opened a gap of one game from Maccabi Tel Aviv in fifth place.
From the eighth-placed Zalgiris, by the way, the yellow lead stands at two games, with four rounds remaining before the end of the season.
Nigel Hayes-Davis finished as the leading scorer with 19 points, Tyler Dorsey added 15 and Goodrich 14. Roland Smiths scored 18 for the loser.

Monaco - Valencia (21:00)
Who might be Maccabi Tel Aviv's opponent in the playoffs is still fighting for the third place and is very close to Barcelona who are ranked there, but even the Spaniards still have something to play for, as they are one game away from the eighth place.
Monaco has the longest active winning streak in the Euroleague - four in total - and has not lost nine games in all competitions, even though in the last four they played without their biggest star, Mike James, who is suspended due to a disciplinary offence.
In the previous meeting between the teams, the Oranges won at home, 84:89.

Virtus Bologna - Real Madrid (21:00)
Sergio Scariolo's team did manage to surprise the Blancos 91:95 in Madrid in the first round, so Real cannot afford to underestimate them, but Bologna is on the verge of a final elimination from the playoffs due to the fact that on the eve of the round two games separate them from the eighth place.
The Whites will want to take another step to secure second place at the very least, and will hope for a stumble by Olympiakos to rise to the top.
The one who won't be able to help with that is the injured Sergio Juve, with Nigel Williams-Goss in doubt, and on the other side Isiah Cordiner may be absent.
The battles for the position in the playoffs continue.

Partizan Belgrade - Olympiakos (22:00)
29 points difference landed the champion of Greece over Yam Medar and his friends in the first round, so that tomorrow will not only be an opportunity for Partizan to close an account that can spoil Olympiakos and cause it to lose first place, but also an important battle in the playoff battles and the position in the top eight, since the Serbs have an equal balance with Maccabi Tel Aviv as of the beginning of the 30th cycle.
Olympiakos is on seven consecutive wins, three of which are in the Euroleague, and 21 wins in its last 22 games in all formats.

Olimpia Milano - Bayern Munich (23:00)
Despite her rather impressive recovery in the second round, the second Italian representative in the Euroleague will no longer get the ticket to the playoffs this season - and all that is left for her is to sweeten the pill.
Milan will be missing the injured Luigi Datuma, Devon Hall, Kevin Fangus and Shavon Shields tomorrow, while Bayern, who lost the last two rounds, will try to avenge the 83:81 home loss in the first round, but will be forced to do so without Elias Harris and Augustin Robitt.
