Nagelsmann-Aus at Bayern: Tuchel should lead training on Monday
The news of Nagelsmann's impending expulsion hit like a bomb – because nobody expected it.
The point in time in the middle of the most important phase of the season is surprising.
The most likely explanation: The Bayern bosses really wanted Thomas Tuchel and saw themselves under time pressure because he is also associated with other clubs.
The former Chelsea coach is said to be in charge of training with the record champions on Monday.
Nagelsmann was completely taken by surprise, as were his players.
The 35-year-old was spotted skiing in Tyrol with his girlfriend Lena Wurzenberger on Wednesday,

Also on Thursday he is said to have stayed in the mountains, as reported by Sky.

FC Bayern "surprised" by Nagelsmann's ski trip
Initially, one can only speculate about the reasons for Nagelsmann's release.
Losing the lead in the Bundesliga certainly played a role.
Sky reporter Florian Plettenberg also claims to have learned that the coach's ski trip was not well received internally - both by the players and by the club management.
FC Bayern was "surprised" that Nagelsmann was going on a skiing holiday while his team was working on Säbener Straße.
This is said to have been taken as a "wrong signal".
At the moment, the majority of Bayern players are on international trips, but some professionals like Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting train regularly.
Ski curse at FC Bayern?
First it hits Neuer, then Nagelsmann
So does the ski curse go around at FC Bayern?
In December, Manuel Neuer wanted to switch off on the slopes and broke his leg.
Julian Nagelsmann wanted to recharge his batteries in the snow before the BVB bang during the international break and is now out of a job.
It remains to be seen whether a Bayern star will venture back into the mountains so quickly.
