Now Thomas Müller has also spoken out about the cause of Julian Nagelsmann.
On Sunday afternoon, the FCB veteran dedicated a brief Instagram story to his ex-coach, in which he thanked him for his commitment.
The photo also shows Müller and Nagelsmann shaking hands at a certain distance.
Within the squad, Müller was not necessarily considered a supporter of the 35-year-old former coach.

FCB DFB stars thank Nagelsmann – but three of all people are silent
First report from March 26th:
Munich – Julian Nagelsmann's release during the international break made waves.
Both national coach Hansi Flick and national players Joshua Kimmich and Leon Goretzka expressed their incomprehension.
In particular, two of his ex-players strengthened the Landsberger's back.
However, no message has yet reached the outside of the coach from three German internationals from FC Bayern.

Julian Nagelsmann's leave of absence apparently affected some FC Bayern players.
For example, after the international match against Peru, Kimmich said that Nagelsmann "didn't lose the cabin", and the change "wasn't indicated internally in the cabin because the players were dissatisfied," said the midfielder, who added: We were surprised."
Goretzka also made it clear that he could not understand Nagelsmann's dismissal, with whom he had a "close relationship".
"If someone like that isn't there anymore, out of nowhere, then of course it's a shock at first," said the national player.
"I would be lying if the last few days didn't affect us," he told ZDF after the DFB team's 2-0 win on Saturday evening.

Both Leroy Sané and Jamal Musiala posted photos of themselves and Nagelsmann in their Instagram stories, both provided them with a personal farewell.
"Thank you and all the best for the future," wrote Musiala, Sané also thanked him for the time together and wished the coach "only the best for the future".
The other three DFB stars from FC Bayern, however, remained silent.
Manuel Neuer has so far been silent on the whole issue, the captain recently had to watch as his confidant and long-time goalkeeping coach Toni Tapalovic was fired.
It is quite possible that the injured keeper has not yet forgiven his former coach.

Thomas Müller without saying goodbye to Nagelsmann on social media
Offensive player Serge Gnabry, who had a difficult time under Nagelsmann and was recently not in the starting XI, did not give a sign on social media or in the form of an interview.
The 40-time national player and Nagelsmann have known each other for a long time, Gnabry had already worked with Nagelsmann at TSG Hoffenheim.
So it's quite possible that he only said goodbye in person.
Thomas Müller, who is always present on social media, has posted many stories in the past few days.
However, these were photos and videos of the last "ThoMats Challenge", the eternal competition between him and Mats Hummels.
So far, the Weilheimer has not released Nagelsmann.
