The movie trailer about Aron Hernandez (Netflix)
Almost six years ago, NFL star Aaron Hernandez committed suicide in his prison cell after being convicted of murder.
Tonight (Monday) the family is in the headlines again after a publication by TMZ, according to which older brother Dennis "DJ" Hernandez was arrested last week after throwing a brick at the offices of the ESPN television network.
According to police documents, the incident occurred on March 23 in Bristol, Conn., after officers were asked to conduct a welfare check on Dennis who stated that he intended to smash windows at the state capitol and ESPN.
The police reported that the security of the complex told them that an Uber taxi had arrived at one of the gates and when it was evacuated, the passenger got out, threw something on the ground and immediately got back into the vehicle and abandoned it.
When they went to check what the object that was thrown was, they discovered a plastic bag with a large brick inside, to which was attached a note that read: "To all the media, it is time for you all to see the effect that the media has on all members of the family. Since you are world leaders, maybe you can show how communication and messages They are passed brick by brick. Clean it up."
The note was signed with the words: "Yours, Dennis J. Hernandez."
A security guard who witnessed the incident confirmed that it was DJ, Aron's brother and a former Division 1 football player. Officers contacted DJ, who admitted to being at the ESPN offices, but declined to talk about the incident.
He was forbidden to approach the ESPN campus and it was made clear to him that he would be arrested for trespassing if he returned to the location."

Aron Hernandez was a former New England Patriots star and was in prison after being convicted in 2015 of the first-degree murder of Odin Lloyd, the partner of his fiancee's sister.
He managed to end his life despite being in a maximum security facility at the Massachusetts Penitentiary.
Before his suicide, the jury in another trial held against him found him not guilty of a double murder that took place in Miami in 2012.
After the suicide, a letter was revealed that Hernandez left for his partner in which he hints that he had warned in advance that he would commit suicide.
"You are rich", he wrote to her, thus strengthening the suspicion that he ended his life so that his family would receive millions from the club where he was under contract.
A few months later, tests were published showing that he suffered a severe brain injury during the suicide.
