Police in Madrid didn't know it was the national team players and attacked them in a hotel. Pedro Galasa was arrested and released only at five in the morning from the police station

Moments of panic passed last night (Monday) for the Peru national team players, who found themselves in a violent confrontation with police officers in Madrid.

It all took place in a hotel in the city, when several dozen Peruvian fans arrived to cheer on the players they admired.

The players themselves approached to confess, but the local police did not understand that they were representatives of the Peru national team, and began to push them.

A real brawl began, during which Yoshimar Houghton, Pedro Galasa and Alex Valera were detained.
