Baptiste Lafond (24), son of former international Jean-Baptiste Lafond and passed by Racing 92, Stade Français, Rouen and playing in Agen in Pro D2, is suspected of rape.
He is currently remanded in custody at the Mont-de-Marsan penal center in the Landes.
He had already been heard last October but had been released at the end of the session.
