The case was revealed in the columns of the newspaper L'Équipe.
Jean-Pierre Dartevelle (72), former vice-president of the French Tennis Federation, is being prosecuted for a rape case.
The latter, - beaten by Bernard Giudicelli in February 2017 at the head of the FFT - would have maintained a "
sordid relationship
" and to have taken advantage of a minor player.
These sexual relations, which he considers to be “
consensual
”, would have taken place between 2016 and 2018 in his dental office.
Jean-Pierre Dartevelle denies the facts.
