" like her male counterpart Carlos Alcaraz.
Rybakina was first hooked by the world number 3 in the first set, won in the tiebreak, before overturning a second set in which she was trailing 4-2.
In the final, she will challenge Czech Petra Kvitova, who earlier eliminated Russian Ekaterina Alexandrova in a weather-delayed quarter-final (6-4, 3-6, 6-3), or Romania's Sorana Cirstea.
