Nutrition is an “important topic” at Neureuther.
"Miri is a nutritionist and has studied the subject," says the 39-year-old about Miriam Neureuther, who recently worked on a project on a "taboo subject".

Miriam Neureuther and the use of leftovers: "Like baking small pancakes"
On Tuesday morning (4 April), Miriam Neureuther once again surprised the family with an imaginative creation.
"Use porridge leftovers," wrote the 32-year-old in her Instagram story for a video in which a batter sizzles in the pan.
"Add 1 egg and 1 grated carrot to the uneaten porridge and bake in the pan like small pancakes."
Who hasn't eaten their breakfast there?
Papa Felix or the three children: a five-year-old daughter, a three-year-old son and a daughter who will soon be one-year-old?
The children actually love Miriam Neureuther's magic muesli, which uses a popular medicinal plant.

Magic muesli becomes pancakes: Miriam Neureuther's kitchen trick
"Magic muesli, grated fruit.
The children love it,” Felix Neureuther explains the simple trick for healthy nutrition.
"Then you let it shine a little orange, lightly grate carrot over it and then the kids like to eat it in the morning too."
From time to time, the Neureuther kids are allowed to eat fries - but only upstairs while skiing.
"There's nothing nicer, they love it," says Neureuther, who filmed his daughter skiing, while Miriam allowed herself a "little joke".
