End of season atmosphere in the NBA.
Tonight (between Friday and Saturday) 11 games took place, and the picture of those who will advance to the playoffs and play-in became even clearer.
The highlight: Dallas is finally and officially out of the postseason, after another loss that sealed the fate of the ambitious and failed project.

* Memphis secured second place in the West.
* Sacramento secured third place in the West.
* Brooklyn secured sixth place in the East.

* Oklahoma City will finish in tenth place in the West and play in the play-in.

A dismal end to the dismal season of the Mavs, who, following the loss, were definitively left out of the play-in, and will continue a long summer of uncertainty and doubts about the future.
Dallas actually almost gave up on the game in advance (when it prefers to finish outside the play-in and get a high pick in the upcoming draft) when it shut down five senior players including Kyrie Irving, and limited Luka Doncic who only played in the first quarter.
The Mavs still led by 13 in the first half, but in the second half the Bulls, without DeMar DeRozan and Zach LaVine, recorded a turnaround, and Theo Pinson's three-pointer at the buzzer finally sealed the fate of the disappointing home team.
Kobe White led the winner (who will play against Toronto in the play-in) with 24 points, Doncic finished as the leading scorer on the other hand with 13 in less than 13 minutes.
The painful bottom line: whoever reached the finals of the Western Conference last season, with the biggest rising star of the league, seems to be on the way to destruction.

Congratulations to the Grizzlies, who secured second place in the Western Conference with a convincing victory over the leader of the Eastern Conference, who showed up for the game with a very weak squad, without Giannis Antetokounmpo, Jrue Holiday, Khris Middleton and Brook Lopez .
The Bucks stayed close for an entire half, but Memphis' 7:24 run to open the third quarter allowed an escape from which there was no turning back.
Jaren Jackson Jr. starred with 36 points and 3 blocks, Luke Kennard added 19, while on the other hand, Milwaukee is led by Wendell Wigington with 25 and 11 assists and Jae Crowder with 24.
Boston (25:56) - Toronto (41:40) 102:121
The Celtics complete a seasonal sweep of 0:4 over the Raptors for the first time since the 2009/10 season, despite the absence of Jaylen Brown who was injured in an accident at home and will only return in the playoffs.
Sam Hauser led the winner with a career-high 26 points, and Jayson Tatum, who only participated in the first half, managed to score 21. The Raptors, who will finish ninth in the Eastern Conference and will meet Chicago in the play-in, were led by Pascal Siakam with 19 and Perches Echiwa with 16 and 7 rebounds.

Without the injured Danny Abdia and again without the stars Bradley Beal, Kristaps Porzingis and Kyle Kuzma, the Wizards stopped a streak of four losses.
Daniel Gafford led the winner with 22 points and 8 rebounds, the improving Corey Kispert added 19 and Jordan Goodwin scored 16, while on the other side Victor Oladipo recalls oblivion with 30 points, including 20 in the last quarter, but is unable to prevent a loss from Miami, which is missing three top-five players, including Jimmy Butler.
Atlanta (40:41) - Philadelphia (28:53) 136:131 (overtime)
Despite resting all five players, Philly came back from Georgia with a nice and impressive win that proved its depth before the playoffs.
George Niang scored 24 points, including a crucial 3-pointer 12 seconds into overtime, Jaylen McDaniels scored 24 of his own and added 11 rebounds, and at the end of the night it became clear that the Sixers, who had already secured third place in the Eastern Conference, would meet Brooklyn, who finished sixth, in the first round.
On the other side, Trae Young scored 27 points and set a career-high 20 assists, but also dropped 9 balls and saw the Hawks' three-game winning streak come to a halt.
Either way, the Hawks will meet Miami in the play-in.
Brooklyn (36:45) - Orlando (47:34) 84:101
The volatile season of the Nets was full of ups, downs and scandals but in the end it ends it with a guaranteed ticket to the playoffs, in sixth and respectable place in the East.
Michael Bridges led the winner with 22 points, Nick Claxton added 14 and 15 rebounds and it was enough to defeat the indifferent Magic, who received 14 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists from Cole Anthony.

New Orleans (39:42) - New York (34:47) 105:113
The Pelicans record a nice victory that leaves them with a chance to go directly to the playoffs and avoid the play-in.
For that to happen, they will have to beat Minnesota in the decisive battle between first and second and get outside help in the corresponding games of Golden State, the Lakers and the Clippers.
Trey Murphy led New Orleans with 31 points, CJ McCollum added 23, while on the other hand the Knicks, who allowed themselves to disable Julius Randle and Jaylen Bronson after securing the fifth place in the Eastern Conference, enjoyed 28 points from RJ Barrett and 24 of Emanuel Quickley.
Indiana (47:34) - Detroit (64:17) 122:115
The Pistons broke a streak of 11 losses and registered their second victory since the All-Star break - and this time it was at the expense of the Pacers who had already lost interest in the season.
Jaden Ivey starred with 29 points and 9 assists in front of his family and friends in the city where he grew up, Killian Hayes contributed a career high 28 points, which was enough even against 22 of Buddy the Kid.
Charlotte (55:26) - Houston (60:21) 112:109
The Hornets went to their last home game of the season with a very lacking lineup, surrendering to Kevin Porter Jr. and Jaylen Green.
The two scored 26 points each, giving the Rockets a rare second straight victory - a rare occurrence this season.
Alfern Shangon added 14 and 21 rebounds for the winner, while Charlotte received 25 points from Sebi Mykhailiuk and 22 from Theo Maldon.
