Greece continues this morning (Wednesday) to deal with the case of Boris Kleiman, who was arrested in the country on suspicion of rape of a minor and possession of heroin.
The Israeli goalkeeper spent the night in a holding cell at a police station in Athens and is in a "bad mental state", according to the Greek media.
Kleiman continues to insist that he is innocent, and that the minor was the one who tried to initiate contact with him - not the other way around.
"Everything I have to say, I will say in court," he said.
"I deny that I raped her. I danced with her in a bar and that's it."

One of the media outlets published this morning the version of the minor, a 17-year-old Belgian: "I was having fun with my friends in a bar, when a man came and introduced himself as Boris. We drank a little. At first he started with me and we talked. Then he suggested that we go to another area, a little more private, and then He approached me aggressively and I pushed him away. At one point he lifted my skirt and touched my genitals with his hand. I told him I didn't want anything to do with him, and I pushed him away. He grabbed me, held me and went to sexually assault me. I managed to escape, ran outside and told What happened to my girlfriends?"
These companies - eight Belgian girls who are on vacation in Greece - are the ones who contacted the police.
"The news about the rape shocked the world of sports, and not only him," one of the websites in Greece wrote.
"They stunned the local community in Volos, where Kleiman is one of the team's favorite players."
One of those close to the player was quoted as saying: "The sky has fallen on him."
"There was no sexual contact between my client and the girl. My client denies the allegation that he raped her," lawyer Panaiotis Papadopoulos stated to the Greek media last night.
"In the alleged victim's complaint, there is no allusion or direct accusation of violence in general or sexual violence in particular. He did not make contact with her. She approached the table where he was sitting, there are cameras there that can confirm our claims and we expect the judicial system to do its job."
