The European champions want to continue tonight (Tuesday, 22:00) their journey to defend the title, and with a 0:2 lead from the first match, Real Madrid is visiting Chelsea at Stamford Bridge with the aim of qualifying for the semi-finals of the Champions League.
Without a win yet with Frank Lampard on the lines and in particularly bad form in a difficult season for the Blues, they will try to reverse the advantage of the Blancos and cause a sensation on the way to the next stage.
The English manager and club legend gave Trevo Chalova the keys to the squad in place of the injured Kalidou Koulibaly, with Marc Kokoria replacing Ben Chilwell who was sent off in the first leg.
Joao Felix and Raheem Sterling remained on the bench, Kai Habertz was placed in the front and Conor Gallagher will try to assist him.
Real Madrid's journey towards the 15th cup, when they are aiming to advance to the next stage in 19 of the 19 knockout meetings in which they won the first game by a margin of two goals or more, is expected to be easy for them tonight as well.
Eduardo Camabinga continued at left back, with Toni Kroos teaming up with Luka Modric and Federico Valverde in midfield.
