The reactions at the end of Hapoel Beer Sheva's victory over Hapoel Jerusalem 1:2 (Sport1)
It is doubtful whether the Hapoel Beer Sheva player Patrick Kalimela invested much thought before performing the celebration movement this evening (Saturday) after scoring in his team's 1:2 victory over Hapoel Jerusalem.
The Polish Kalimela scored 0:2 for Be'er Sheva, and immediately after the goal he waved a celebrating hand towards the jubilant fans of the guest in Teddy.
Unfortunately, the straight hand movement made by Kalimela looks exactly like the raised hand movement that was known in Nazi Germany, and when it comes to a Polish striker who makes it - net surfers had a hard time ignoring it.
"Does he still think he's playing in Poland?" asked one commenter, as the controversial move caused a stir.

Hapoel Be'er Sheva was not impressed by the mini-storm on the net, and responded: "Patrick patted his chest and thanked the crowd for cheering him on after scoring the goal. Any attempt to attribute a different intention to the celebration is ridiculous, cynical and completely unnecessary."
