Legendary former UFC fighter Nate Diaz was filmed choking a man during a street brawl in New Orleans yesterday (Friday).

According to a report in the United States, the victim is TikTok star Rodney Petersen, known for his resemblance to Logan Paul - the brother of Jake Paul who is scheduled to fight Dias later this year.

The reason for the brawl is not clear, but Pietersen was left sprawled on the sidewalk outside the hall where a boxing match was being held between Chris Avila and Paul Bamba, when Dias came to support the former.

In one of the videos of the fight, UFC president Dana White is seen wondering if the person being choked is actually Logan Paul.

"His head bounced like a f**king basketball," White was shocked, "Dias is going to grab a piece of the lawsuit."

The one who unexpectedly supported Dias is another legendary fighter in the UFC, Conor McGregor, who tweeted in response to the video: "Haha Knight is on a rampage tonight! Come on Knight!".

Earlier that evening, according to another report, Diaz caused a disturbance at the boxing event when he threw a bottle at reality star and boxer Chase Demore.

"Nate Diaz decided to go crazy and threw a bottle at me, that's cute," Demore tweeted.

"Just next time don't run away, and stop spending your nights in New Orleans clubbing and trying to use your dead MMA career to attract college girls."
