The announcement of the appointment of Barak Becher as the coach of Red Star Belgrade is approaching.
In Serbia, they are convinced that the matter is closed and that the official announcement will come after Maccabi Haifa wins the championship - or after the Serbian Cup final at the beginning of June, assuming that the Red Star will reach it.
Meanwhile, the Serbian champion is deeply immersed in the transfer window and is planning a significant strengthening thanks to the increase in the budget, which results, among other things, from the automatic qualification to the group stage of the Champions League.
On the other hand, the team also has some assets that interest teams from richer leagues and one of them is Strahinia Arakovic.
According to a report in Russia, Vladan Ivić's Krasnodar submitted an offer of 9 million euros to the Red Star, and thus it is possible that ex-Maccabi Tel Aviv will "steal" Labarak Becher, one of the best players in his future squad.
"Arakovic is not convinced that he wants to move to Russia, but if Red Star does not receive better offers, it is very possible that the deal will go through," the Russian media wrote.
Prefers a league in Western Europe, but for now the most serious offer is from Russia.

Arakovic plays in the positions of brakeman and right defender and was marked a few years ago as someone who the Red Star would make a large sum from his sale.
He is on the squad of the Serbian national team for the World Cup and has so far made four appearances in the national uniform.
In the various youth teams he made 28 appearances.
Arakovic has also been mentioned in recent months as a candidate for Zenit St. Petersburg, and in Russia it was reported yesterday that he has offers from the US and the Gulf - but prefers to stay in Europe. The Serbian Ivic of course knows him well, like every top player in the local league.
