The Turinese, who had ended a series of five games without a win in all competitions in Lecce on Wednesday (2-1), seized second place in the championship thanks to this success in Bergamo, with two points ahead of Lazio, beaten on Saturday by AC Milan (2-0).

In a long lackluster game that went wild in the second half, Juve first found the fault thanks to a goal from 19-year-old English winger Samuel Iling-Junior (56th), opportunistic in recovering a strike land of Arkadiusz Milik.

With a nice strike in the skylight from Marco Sportiello, Dusan Vlahovic doubled the bet at the conclusion of a counter-attack from Juve in stoppage time (90th + 9).

In the process, the Serbian striker received a yellow card after having silenced the supporters of Bergamo.

Vlahovic is regularly the target of racist chants in Serie A stadiums.

Atalanta, still sixth, is five points behind Inter Milan and its fourth place in Serie A, synonymous with qualification for C1.
