With her dog Lumi, Miriam Neureuther enjoys the peace and quiet of nature while running - and has a crucial tip for her fans to relax.
Garmisch-Partenkirchen – As a former biathlete and mother of three, everyday stress is nothing unusual for Miriam Neureuther. The 32-year-old regularly takes her fans on creative cooking and baking activities in her kitchen, showing off her organisational talent. And there is always something else going on at Neureuther. Having time for yourself is not that easy. However, the ex-winter sports enthusiast has found a recipe for relaxation in her hectic everyday life - and makes the running routes of her home country with dog Lumi unsafe in the rain.

This is how ex-biathlon star Miriam Neureuther recharges her batteries
On Instagram, Neureuther shared a snapshot that shows her running with dog Lumi. The athlete beams into the camera, her ponytail bobbing happily to the side. Also on the selfie is dog Lumi, who accompanies her on her run. The 32-year-old admits under the picture: "I'm just going out with our Lumi (dog) today and it was so good to run through the rain at my own pace."
The former endurance athlete encourages her followers to do something at their own pace. Miriam Neureuther also has some valuable advice. "It's so important that we don't forget ourselves in the often hectic everyday life and that we do something good for ourselves from time to time," she says with regard to her very own "time out" from running.
Followers are enthusiastic: "You're so right, of course"
Under her post, Neureuther receives lively encouragement from her followers for her statements and tips. In addition to greetings to the likeable Garmisch-Partenkirchener, some Instagram users have implemented the message directly. "So get out of everyday life and into your own time-out," writes one fan and further confirms: "You're so right, of course."
Just like Miriam Neureuther, many seem to enjoy their time focusing on themselves. Even if, in the case of the ex-biathlete, her husband Felix Neureuther and their children are not there. Dog Lumi was certainly looking forward to the trip with his mistress Miriam.
