Miriam Neureuther has recently repeatedly demonstrated her skills as a cook. Now she also showed her excellent organizational skills.
Garmisch-Partenkirchen – She never stops conjuring up culinary delights: Miriam Neureuther. While the former biathlete and cross-country skier recently thrilled her fans when she showed her "absolute favourite food" at Neureuther and prepared numerous variations of an Italian classic, she has now also mastered two Austrian-Bavarian specialities. In doing so, she made use of an old kitchen trick.

Former ski ace Neureuther skilfully prepares classics
On Instagram, the native of Garmisch-Partenkirchen shared a post in which she makes a popular Bavarian dish: semolina dumpling soup. For her husband Felix Neureuther, who recently made it clear that he doesn't think much of social media, and their three children, the soup seems to be very well received. The 32-year-old posted two full pots of dumplings, which the ski-savvy family probably eats at noon.
"And in the evening there's boiled beef," writes the former ski ace full of anticipation under another short video. This shows her preparing the beef classic on the other side of the stove.

"Cook once, eat twice, I love it": Former biathlete Neureuther uses old kitchen trick
Neureuther makes the boiled beef "of course with the good home-cooked meat broth" that is bubbling in the video. The mother of three is an experienced cook and therefore knows about the effect of the broth, which gives the dish a more intense taste and can also be reused later as a basis for similar dishes.
She also proves her organizational skills in the kitchen. The 32-year-old uses the time it takes for the dumplings to cook in salted water to devote herself to the meat broth and thus make lunch and dinner at the same time – a proven kitchen trick that, above all, saves time. "I love cooking once, eating twice," she writes in her post, outing herself as a planning fanatic.
Ex-ski star Neureuther prepares all the components of the food himself
For Neureuther, it is also a matter of course to prepare all components of the dinner instead of using ready-made meals. No wonder, since she is a trained nutritionist.
