The judges of the disciplinary court of the Football Association, Adv. Israel Shimoni, Adv. Noam Lyubin and Adv. Giora Landau began their hearing following the Turner incidents case - a case opened following the great riot that broke out between Hapoel Be'er Sheva and Maccabi Haifa at the end of the league match between them.
According to estimates, this time the judges are expected to severely punish Hapoel Be'er Sheva and Maccabi Haifa, including actual points reduction, heavy fines, reduction of suspended points and long bans for those on trial under aggravating circumstances such as Bassem Za'arora and Shafi Suleimanov, who also faced internal disciplinary proceedings.

15:00 P.M.: Judge Roy Reinschreiber appeared in court. Maccabi Haifa is represented by attorneys Udi Shochatovich and Ofer Ben Asa, club CEO Itzik Ovadia, team manager Gil Ofek and spokesman Dudu Bezeq. The eight players on trial attended the hearing: Franzi Piero, Abdoulaye Sek, Ali Mohammed, Bassam Zarourah, Mavis Chibota, Yinon Eliyahu, San Menachem and Mahmoud Jaber. Present on behalf of Hapoel Be'er Sheva are attorney Roy Rosen and club CEO Guy Primor and the six players Miguel Vitor, Shafi Suleimanov, Sagiv Yehezkel, Eugene Ansah, Shai Elias and Adrian Paun, who receives an interpreter.
14:50 P.M.: About half an hour before the start of the hearing, the alarm caught the Maccabi Haifa players near the court. The players were instructed where the two protected spaces in the building were located.
