Highlights: Ex-biathlete Miriam Neureuther is a nutritionist. She won Olympic silver in 2010 and World Championship gold in 2011 and 2012. The 32-year-old from Garmisch-Partenkirchen is known for her creative cooking ideas. She shared a picture of her family's breakfast with her Instagram followers. She was left with only muesli after a child stole her croissant and cereal cup. The next morning, a large sourdough bread was emblazoned in the Neureuts' oven.

Garmisch-Partenkirchen – Ex-biathlete Miriam Neureuther certainly imagined her morning breakfast with her family differently. Instead of a delicious chocolate croissant from husband Felix Neureuther, the 32-year-old is satisfied with a homemade muesli. And that disappears later, too.

Miriam Neureuther (née Gössner)
Born:21 June 1990 (age 32 years), Garmisch-Partenkirchen
Family:Married to Felix Neureuther, three children
Successes:Olympic silver in 2010 (cross-country skiing), World Championship gold in 2011 and 2012 (biathlon)

"None was brought to me!!": Miriam Neureuther goes away empty-handed at the breakfast table

On her Instagram channel, Miriam Neureuther always inspires her followers with creative baking and cooking ideas. The ex-professional athlete now took her fans to the breakfast table at Neureuther. While her husband Felix bites into a chocolate croissant with relish, Miriam was left with only muesli.

Using laughter emojis, she explained the curious situation on her Instagram story: "And if you're asking why I don't have a croissant, they didn't bring one to me. !!!!!!!" Miriam, a nutritionist, added the hashtag #healthyfoodundso with a wink. Much healthier than husband Felix's French butter biscuits is the muesli that Miriam ate instead. But here, too, a family member intervened.

Children's hand grabs muesli cups: No chocolate croissant and muesli for Miriam

As if Felix's chocolate croissant campaign wasn't enough, Miriam's next Instagram story saw a fatal theft: a small child with a pink top can be seen from the side as he, grabbed the spoon with his fist, spoons out Miriam's almost empty cereal cup.

The successful athlete reacted to the breakfast dilemma with a lot of humor: "Muesli was also stolen #läuftbeimirheute." I'm sure there was still enough left for the 32-year-old. After all, she needs to replenish her carbohydrate stores after the weekend. At the Wings for Life World Run 2023, a global running event to generate donations for spinal cord research, Miriam came in 30rd place worldwide with 1.283 kilometers run. Healthy nutrition is important for her as a nutritionist.

Of course, the half-Norwegian also bakes bread herself. The next morning, a large sourdough bread was emblazoned in the Neureuthers' oven. Felix probably got some of the bread this time. And Miriam is also known on social media for her creative dishes.
