Hapoel Be'er Sheva

Hapoel Be'er Sheva's fate is obviously not in its hands, yet it hopes for Maccabi Haifa's stumble tonight (Monday) in order to stay in the championship race. The Reds know they will officially lose a chance of the title if the Greens beat Maccabi Netanya in the corresponding match, but if they themselves beat Maccabi Tel Aviv tonight, and receive help from the Diamonds, the fate of the championship will be decided in the final round of the top playoffs next week.

Eitan Tibi surprised when he recovered from the injury and was placed in the missing lineup of Elinav Barda, with young Amir Arieli alongside him in defense. Patrick Klimela, who is not 100 percent fit, remains on the bench, with Sagiv Yehezkel teaming up in the attacking part alongside Tomer Hamad and Dor Micha. Four youth players complete the bench. On the other hand, Jonathan Cohen started in Aitor Karanka's 11 in place of the banned Farfa Giagon, alongside Avi Ricken, Juris van Overeem and Maor Kandil. The injured Eran Zahavi, Enric Savorit and Shahar Piven are missing, as are the yellow-carded Andre Geralds, Dor Turgeman who flew to the World Cup and Derrick Lucassen, who was not included in the squad due to illness.
