Recap: Maccabi Tel Aviv - Hapoel Be'er Sheva 0:3 (Sport 1)
Another sign that Aitor Karanka is staying for next season? Maccabi Tel Aviv will hold a training camp in Spain for next season, when the flight will be to Madrid.
Coach Aitor Carranca is fully involved in the preparation of the camp together with Spanish fitness coach Juan Torrijo and it is not inconceivable that this is perhaps the clearest sign yet that the Basque coach is staying for another season, despite the poor results achieved in the league and elimination in the semi-finals of the Israel State Cup.

Karanka, who has a contract for next season, said at the end of the game against Hapoel Be'er Sheva on Monday that he was "fed up" with questions about his future and made it clear once again that he is staying and preparing the team for next season. Despite this, many around the club, especially the team's fans, are waiting to hear from owner Mitch Goldhar, who has yet to provide any clarification ahead of next season regarding the coach he brought in at the beginning of January.
It is important to emphasize that Goldhar does not want to change coaches again after doing so quite a few times over the past three seasons. At the same time, the owner will of course have to decide whether the Basque is worthy of trust and another season according to his contract.
