Two weeks before the first-ever Challenge Cup to be held in Israel, it turns out that Olympic champion Artyom Dolgopyat will not take part in the prestigious competition.

"The fact that we have now been chosen, also in the field of instruments to host this competition and in 2025 the European Championship, proves that we are on the map in this field as well as a direct continuation of Dolgopiat's achievement in Tokyo and the team's recent achievements at the European Championships. I call on the Israeli public to come and enjoy this great sport and encourage our excellent Israeli competitors."
