The moment of truth for the top two Italians will culminate on Tuesday night when Inter host AC Milan in the Milanese derby with a 0-2 lead from the first leg of the Champions League semi-finals, aiming to close a story and qualify for a first final since 2010 - when it ended with the Nerazzurri's third win. On the other hand, the Rossoneri will be hoping to turn things around or at least reach extra-time and a penalty shootout and oust their city rivals en route to a first final in 16 years.
Simona Inzaghi brought back Francesco Acerbi who started alongside Alessandro Bastoni and Matteo Darmian in the centre of defence, while Federico DiMarco returned to the wing to provide striker duo Edin Dzeko and Lautaro Martinez with the balls to bring in Mike Manian. The outgoing Italian champions happily welcomed Rafael Leao back and he of course immediately returned to Stefano Pioli's 11. Olivier Giroud was placed in the squad, Malik Chow was given a place in the line-up alongside Fikayo Tomori as Brahim Dias and his teammates try to make a surprise and stun the San Siro which will be painted mostly blue and black.
