Israel's artistic gymnastics team landed on Tuesday with medals from the European Championships in Baku. The girls were warmly received by the heads of the association and a group of young gymnasts from the Maccabi Tel Aviv Association who came to celebrate with flowers and balloons.
Team coachAyelet Zussmansaid: "We have a very diverse and experienced team and each one gives her part, that's what makes up this team. The drop in tension will be very small, we will take a week off and then come back. There are two more World Cups on the way, a World Championship and the big goal, which is, of course, the Olympic Games."

Can we develop views for the Paris Olympics?
"In general, that's the aspiration. We'll swap drills, and next year it's a new game. We will do everything to be the best and improve, we currently have six girls, two are taking turns, and really all six are excellent."
The Prime Minister or the President of the State, did anyone call to congratulate?
"We don't expect that. I think it's mandatory, but we're doing our part."

Adi Katz, who finished with the silver medal in the hoop exercise, said: "It's very exciting, the hard work paid off. There is still a lot of work to be done and I hope it will be better, and there is a big team around and support from the Gymnastics Association and the Olympic Committee.
What is the purpose?
"To achieve the criteria for the Olympics, there is a lot to improve and we are looking forward."
Romy Pritzky, captain of the gymnastics team, added: "There is pride in coming to the country after we managed to raise the flag and play the anthem. That's our main goal as athletes, to make our mark and show what we're capable of.
Now, as mentioned, the team will take a week's rest, and when it returns to Wingate, it will continue training for the main goal of the year, the World Championships in August in Valencia, Spain.
