After ensuring stability on the sidelines with the extension of the contract of the team's coach Sharon Avrahami for three more seasons, Ironi Kiryat Ata continues to maintain the skeleton and announced today (Thursday) the extension of the contract of forward Amin Stevens for another season, as first reported by Israel Hayom.
Stevens, one of the main anchors of the North team this second season, stepped up with the team from the minor leagues and averaged 15.6 points, 7.6 rebounds and 2.9 assists per night. The third side of continuity is expected to come from Chevon Lewis who may continue as well, aiming to create continuity on the roster.
The club's official statement read: "Amin Stevens, one of the pillars of the team, who was one of the main factors in the rise of the league and a magical season in the Premier League, has signed for another season. This signing expresses our desire to build a strong and quality squad over the years."

Another goal of the club is to reach an agreement on a contract extension with Karem Mashor. The forward, who came to the team from the Krayot and was reunited with Sharon Avrahami, who coached at the beginning of his career, experienced a renewed flourishing season in his career and became one of the leading Israelis in the league.
