Grandeur and decadence. From his triumphant arrival at Le Bourget, in August 2021, to the repeated whistles of part of the Parc des Princes at the end of the season, Leo Messi has spent two contrasting seasons in the colors of PSG. So contrasted that those who are delighted with his probable departure, at the end of the 2022-23 campaign and his contract, are numerous. A frustrating, disappointing passage, even if Christophe Galtier judges that the seven-time Argentine Ballon d'Or of 35 years "is having a very good season with PSG. After that, people always expect a lot more, but it was already much better than last season." That's for sure... It wasn't hard. In the meantime, the "Pulga" will never have conquered the hearts of the most fervent Parisian fans. Messi may mark more the history books than the memories between now and the end of the season, after this Saturday's match in Strasbourg and the reception of Clermont (June 3).
