Scientific publications demonstrate this. Thus, the Kerksick & Co* study compared during 8 weeks of resistance training two test groups composed on the one hand of students aged 18 to 22, and on the other of men and women between 35 and 50 years without sports liabilities. All saw their performance progress at the same rate but more surprisingly, the loss of fat mass was more important in the second group.
