The Spanish press revealed this Sunday lunchtime the state considered very worrying of Sergio Rico, substitute goalkeeper of Paris Saint-Germain. The day after the title of France champion acquired on the lawn of Strasbourg (1-1), Rico went to El Rocio, a city 80 km south of Seville, in Andalusia, where he was the victim of an accident and was hit in the head.

According to Spanish media (Canal Sur, Relevo , Marca ...), Rico suffered a violent fall on horseback. He was transported by helicopter to Virgen del Rocio Hospital and reportedly suffered a head injury. The Spaniard is "in serious condition," a PSG spokesman confirmed, without providing further details. The Iberian press understands that he has been sedated.
