Madness. There is no other word to define the youth team's historic campaign at the World Cup. The dramatic victory tonight (between Tuesday and Wednesday), 0-1 over Uzbekistan in the eighth final, continued the magic journey of Ofir Haim and his players, sending them to the quarter-finals against the powerful Brazil, for the first time ever that the team participates in the tournament.

Naturally, the team celebrated into the night. Videos from the locker room show huge celebrations by the players and coaches in blue and white.

Several of the team's players also celebrated the huge victory on social media. Roy Revivo tweeted: "Among the 8 biggest in the world! Thank you to those who stayed awake." Or Israelov also boasted: "Among the 8 biggest in the world!", and Al Yam Kanzpolsky tweeted: "Last 8! Night feed wake up!"

Anan Halaili's moving victory goal was documented by Kan11 people from the goal line, in a moving video. "Don't believe it, watch," Kan's Instagram account wrote alongside the video.

In the quarterfinals, Israel awaits the winner between Brazil and Tunisia. The game will take place tonight at 20:30 p.m. The quarterfinals will take place on Saturday.
