Didier Deschamps has unveiled his squad for the June gathering, where Les Bleus will face Greece and Gibraltar as part of the Euro 2024 qualifiers.

The coach of the France team, Didier Deschamps, has unveiled a list of 23 players for the next two matches of Les Bleus in June, counting towards the qualifiers for Euro 2024. As expected, striker Christopher Nkunku is back after missing the World Cup and the March rally due to injury. The winger Ousmane Dembélé, also forfeited in March, is also summoned.

Still in attack, Moussa Diaby, present in March, will not be in the game after a long season at Bayer Leverkusen (48 games, 14 goals). Marcus Thuram is there, as is Randal Kolo Muani. Olivier Giroud, Kingsley Coman and Kylian Mbappé complete the attacking sector. Alexandre Lacazette, despite his 27 goals with Lyon in Ligue 1, will not make his return to the Blues.

With Disasi and W. Fofana, without Rongier

In the middle, the Marseillais Valentin Rongier will still have to wait for a possible first call-up. Antoine Griezmann is officially in this sector, like Eduardo Camavinga who has often helped out at left-back. In this position, Deschamps recalled Ferland Mendy. The Real Madrid player, absent at the World Cup, was injured in March. In defence, Monegasque Axel Disasi takes advantage of the packages (Presnel Kimpembe, Lucas Hernandez...). Wesley Fofana, in delicacy at Chelsea, is also in the list of 23.

Les Bleus will travel to Gibraltar on June 16 before hosting Greece on June 19 at the Stade de France (Saint-Denis). The vice-world champions are top of Group B of the Euro 2024 qualifiers, thanks to their victories against the Netherlands (4-0) and Ireland (0-1) last March. The top two from each group will qualify.
