Allershausen – It wasn't that long ago that relegation was as far away for the TSV Allershausen footballers as the championship trophy was for BVB. You want to see, there is no pressure, the district league has never been an issue, Philipp Jordan, head of division in the Ampertal community, reassured again and again. Because the men around coach Michael Stiller not only played a fabulous spring round with eight wins in ten games, but the competition blundered again and again, the second place in the district league 2 became apparent quite soon - and now the Allershausener are just in the relegation to the district league.
TSV Allershausen: "We have nothing to lose"
It will be a mammoth task, because the first leg at FC Sandersdorf (Eichstätt district) this Wednesday evening (18.30 CET) could ideally be the start of a four-game series. But the anticipation is still great. Once in the relegation, TSV now naturally wants to go up to the district league. To where the Ampertaler had last played in the 2012/2013 season.

"We're looking forward to these bonus games," said department head Philipp Jordan. The mood is good outside at the Amperknie – and for several reasons. On the one hand, the Red and Whites have recently shown great and honest football, defeating champions Eching 3-0 on the last matchday. "Nevertheless, there is a certain euphoria, but without us having any pressure."
At FC Sandersdorf "there should be an atmosphere"
Completely new territory for TSV will be the opponent FC Sandersdorf. "We haven't even looked at them yet," Jordan said. On the one hand, FCS plays in the Kreisliga 1, and on the other hand, the team surprisingly slipped into the relegation anyway - with a winning goal in the 94th minute of the last Kreisliga matchday. Otherwise, the opponent is a completely blank slate for the Allershausener, because Sandersdorf last played in the district league in the 2016/2017 season. "But there should be a great atmosphere there, but that's all we know," reported the Allershausen department head.
That's why TSV's focus for the first duel is solely on their own game. The decisive factor is certainly how the relatively young troupe will deal with the nervousness, Jordan speculated. You usually don't get many such bonus matches in your football life, for some it's the first relegation game ever. "But you can tell that everyone is happy," Philipp Jordan reported from training.
In terms of personnel, coach Michael Stiller can fall back on the squad from the last game of the season, only the long-term injured Janis Kratzl, Felix Bachmann and Christopher Gührs are missing.
