Reggio nell'Emilia – Recently, a dog caused a sensation at a Chilean football match. He ran onto the grass and insisted on a play session with the ball. But a game in the Italian Serie A probably topped this animal throw-in: There, a fish briefly became the main protagonist. A supporter fished him out of the fan block in the stadium during the game. The supporters celebrated him for it.

In a video circulating on Twitter, a Fiorentina supporter can be seen using a wire to try to catch a fish from the ditch of the Mapei Stadium – Città del Tricolore – the home of Sassuolo Calcio in Reggio nell'Emilia. The ditch, which is supposed to keep the fans away from the pitch, is filled with water and is located directly in front of the block of supporters of the guests.
Curiously, the tifosi actually succeeds: the fan proudly pulls out the fish and presents it to the Fiorentina supporters. They cheer him on and continue to sing cheerfully, the atmosphere in the block is magnificent.
