The transfer window of PSG knows a boost this Monday. After the Uruguayan Manuel Ugarte, who arrived in the capital to negotiate his expected transfer to PSG, it is the turn of Marco Asensio to follow suit at the beginning of the week. The Spanish international striker has taken the direction of Paris to, too, finalize the contours of his signature with the champion club of France and pass his traditional medical examination.
At the end of his contract with Real Madrid, the 27-year-old opted for PSG where he should commit for four seasons, while Premier League formations were also monitoring the situation of the three-time Champions League winner. The capital club will not pay any transfer fee in this case.
While the summer transfer window opens its doors on Saturday, June 10, Marco Asensio should be the third summer recruit of PSG. After Milan Skriniar, who came to strengthen the defense, and Manuel Ugarte, whose arrival is supposed to densify the midfield, the Spanish international will bring bench depth to the front of the attack. Paris wastes no time.
