England pinned a lot of hopes on tennis player Emma Raducanu, who at the age of 18, in her first Grand Slam tournament appearance, stunned the tennis world and won the US Open - thus becoming famous overnight. The beautiful Raducanu quickly became a star on the British Isles, enjoyed millions of followers on social media, signed huge and prestigious advertising contracts - but since then has not been able to replicate the success, with recent successes being solely in the commercial sphere, and less on the pitch.

"Yes, I felt pressure, when people would tell me, 'You're too pretty, you can't play,' things like that," she said in interviews, "I would go on the court stressed, with a lot of fears, I couldn't move well."
She later married pop singer Enrique Iglesias, and has been trying to stay out of the spotlight ever since, dedicating her life to her children while enjoying motherhood. In 2017, the couple had twins, and in 2020 a third child.
