Former WWE star Stan Lane took a second DNA test to prove he was not the father of Lauren Boebert, the controversial Colorado politician, and finally dismissed the claims made by the Republican politician's mother. Lane and Bobert agreed last month to take a new DNA test, which definitively showed she wasn't his daughter, despite her mother insisting on it all these years.

"I can confirm that Stan Lane is not my biological father. I personally have never publicly claimed that he is my father — but certainly, that claim has been made," Boebert said.
Although a previous court-ordered paternity test had already confirmed that Lane, 69, was not related to Boebert, her mother still had doubts after learning that the lab worker who took Lane's blood sample had previously been convicted of taking bribes to exchange vials.
The allegations stem from a brief affair Benz and Lane had in the mid-80s, Lane said. The two met while he was working as a wrestler in WWE and living in Florida. Shortly after Boebert was born, her mother asked for alimony from Lane, who "received a message that a woman I had a brief affair with was accusing me of paternity to her child," Lane said at the time.
"We went through the judicial system and completed a paternity test as ordered by the court," he added. "I was declared not the father and the case was dismissed." "This situation and the many false allegations made against me over the years have been stressful for me and my family," he said. "I feel that my good reputation has been tarnished considerably. I and other close friends from my inner circle were also dragged into it."
Boebert said she received the results of the new paternity test. "That's it, okay!" said Boebert. "He was unlawfully attacked, and he doesn't deserve it."
