According to the Ajaccio prosecutor's office, on Tuesday, a complaint was filed by the Professional Football League after the assault of Kenzo, a malad child.

The Professional Football League (LFP) filed a complaint after the assault Saturday in Ajaccio of a sick child and his family on the sidelines of the Ligue 1 match between AC Ajaccio and Olympique de Marseille, announced Tuesday the LFP and the prosecutor of the Republic of Ajaccio.

"A complaint was filed" Monday evening "by the professional football league which intends to be a civil party to the procedure," added in a statement Nicolas Septe, specifying that on the other hand "AC Ajaccio has not filed a complaint for the moment".

Kenzo, a young OM supporter aged eight and suffering from brain cancer, was invited Saturday to Corsica to realize his "dream" of meeting OM players. But he was targeted in the stadium with his parents, AC Ajaccio said Sunday in a statement, speaking of "unspeakable acts".

Hearings of the 8-year-old boy, his brother, father and mother are scheduled for Tuesday and will be carried out "by the gendarmes located near their home", not far from Marseille, said the prosecutor.

The investigators will also "conduct a thorough medical examination of Kenzo's father, Kenzo, his brother and mother at the forensic unit of Marseille to determine the physical and psychological damage suffered," added the magistrate.

Judicial investigation opened for the attack on a journalist in France 3

On the side of the investigation, opened Sunday for "violence in meeting", "the judicial police officers must be able to have access Tuesday with the help of a technician to the extraction of videos shot in the Coty stadium, which would allow the identification of the aggressors," says the magistrate, calling for "the collaboration" of the ACA.

This case aroused strong emotion and reactions even the President of the Republic, Emmanuel Macron, who asked for "clear and strong" sanctions.

Regarding the other investigation opened after the attack on a journalist from France 3 Via Stella, the prosecutor specifies that "a judicial investigation was opened" Monday evening: "The person placed in custody" Sunday "was indicted for violence and damage committed in assembly" and "placed under judicial control", with "in particular the prohibition to frequent stadiums and sports venues".

The journalist presented a medical certificate with three days of total incapacity for work (ITT) and the channel's management filed a complaint, the prosecutor said.
